Every body has equal right and equal opportunity to get Justice for him or herself as any other person has. Under the equal right of Justice–process every body has right to mange and act according to law . And this right is play the main roll to change the Justice in an unjust ice :—– 1/The whole procedure of Justification is never begins and never end in a court,but many other means of system like administration , witnesses act also effects the whole procedure before the a case for Justice actual begins A/There is no any control of Justice on the influence connection , sources of plaintiff or defender and these factors play thus rolls to …in favor of the person this is a fact of today. these factors create favorable situation ,change process in manner that Justice system became helpless, paralysis under its own boundaries, though it know and understand well the truth the real facts. B/Justice depends on lawyer`s arguments and good debates and on proofs, knowledge of law and great intelligence for argument, and off course a group of very capable lawyers always. This means that if a plaintiff or defendant has its own guts, place in society and having money he may appoint the best lawyer or lawyer`s company opposite of it. it may happen that his appoint the same capable lawyers. we can not deny that these factors also effect the Justice. These points are clarified that a rich and able person may get favourable diseisions through the capale lawyers and his personal influences on the various chains of justice system but a common person never do that generally. In these conditions how we can say that all have similar opportunity and right for Justice. In fact this equality of right the biggest inequality in the way of real Justice. Javedusmani’s Weblog Just another WordPress.com weblog « ARREST THE PROCESS OF JUST WAY – MARK There are whichever symbols in world, most of them are the concerned or connected to beauty as the statue of liberty the symbol ,the symbol of the strength Apollo , Hercullis , the symbol of woman beauty Venus .the all respected God and Goddess of different religions etc .all symbols or statues have own their unique beauty with unique imagination and art . off course they belongs faith and like lives of human that based on inner beauty conscious . These examples gives an expression that human being like beauty that is outer and inner both, but we always like show it by means of outer beauty . Except rare symbols , behind every symbols there is a positive beautiful thinking or beautiful structure . This clear us that we all are fond of beauty by nature . Even we search and link the ugly things also with its best inner beauty or advantage or intelligence . This positive point of view give strength from first day of like if not happened so , how a mother loves to her child is looking ugly , dirty and avoidable in other`s eyes . So ,the sense of beauty is a great gift of nature , the way mark of inner happiness.

JUSTICE—UNJUST This is well know that relegion execution of the all type of sins and to follow this view of relegion, society concreated Justice system and it is well understood that Justice is most powerful to controll the society from offence or crime. but always know when a house of justice name court of justice gives disision accused means a guilt person got punishes but never try to end the resones of crimes, most have learned that do no`t hate sinners but hate sins. This shows that court have no disire to end sin in society . In present court banned famous singer Britani to meet her children,due to her habbit of Intoxication . her Advocate also legged behind to her worst habbit of Intoxication. court and law specialialests did their job.well. But what about the main fundamental bad habbit of Intoxication and if there is no cure of sins then how can think that in future this crime will be not repeat by Britany self or by another any body? Means till our Justice system can not able to dead stop the resasons of crime there is no end of crime or crimminals or accuseded . Justice system May ban a Mother to meet her Child but can not end the reson of crime or offence.This show the power of crimes in our society,and helplessness of our Justice system. one another case which accused the eye of new year which stirred the society of matropolitin cities. there are many debates and view became out about right or rong of the morals of societies.but Justice system take it an easy and normal bailble case A simple case of over drinking and defamation in which not only accused will be punished but sufferrs are also will be punished out of court till thier life. It is hard to say ,true to feel that crime is necessary for our Justice system If there is no crime there is no necessity of punishment means no necessity of Justice. If it is not practical in our society to end the crime then rule Never hurt the real spirit, never may be follow by Justice system why not try to stop the offences along with punishment to accused If want to strong the trurth of Justice it is very essential to change the laws, which will be depend the only of punish the accused exeute the sins or crimes. Justice must behave like a doctor who cure the disese which cured discased it self. If realy , Justice is made for the end of crime from society then Justice system have to shown the approach, Because defeat of offence is not only punish the sinners, but real defeat is the end of sins. WEALTH IS HEALTH WEALTH IS HELTH —————————————————- Ancient time -thinker`s said “health is wealth”. present time thought is “wealth is health”. It`s truth, every time making health from wealth . A poor how can maintain health ? It` a dark point for humanity If every thinks consist on money what priceless , a human and humanity both are? A hen, a got and also end of life human body is for sell. but in live prioude ,any one you. want to sell , your self but no body has wished to buy to you. what is wounder A priceless live pay too much for life. but life have no price its alway true. Just for debate , we have lot of tack`s on this matter. . but present condition if you overlooked facts then you are going to suicide. Actually, past have some price ,human is a selling material, in market . some man or woman sell himself its true, but this is part of life , like need of food, home , cloth etc.a prostitute ,a beggar have any social value? May a person any right to live with respect with money? may a person can live , with is good thinking but without money? present era geven respect a man who sarvive for good but respect only when if he gain money. so now Wealth is necessary for Health . TIME CHANGES Change are universal truth— Changes those come up with time and society accept them by time. But social and legal rights of woman is always an unsolved question in man super power society. since a long time , debate is on ,but never reach on a final conclusion . History says in past there was woman had much legal and social equalities but not such that may balance the social need and justice. Total women right means beginning of direct changes in fundamental base of society , change in convention is useful or useless, meaningful or meaningless ,it is matter of future , but motive of equality ,making to move, for new way or U turn. . These is a basic question that beginning since primitive community to civilized society. is against the women equality rights then how the present society may accept ? these rights means ready to leave some of man governing interest in home or society , then how a society may accept woman autonomy. Its seen that now a days not a capitalist feels such en secure against a communist as feel en secure against women equality rights. Man –women equality in society is a cold war between man and women rights. It is also true if man loss some governing power ,woman also loose much . ALWAYS NOT AGAINST ME

Some time in life every thing seems against one self . specially which one imagine himself a defeated warrior. The depression arise of failure , is working at every pleasure of life on that times The positiveness in the life is devastated and life it self seems against the living being .
The failures are always based on the comparison of others success. But in life every one has different opportunities and circumstances so comparison can never be made . If made then it never near to truth first of all ,one must have an aim than the efforts to achieve that aim has to weighed. If we made not a single minded persuasion for that aim then it can not be said that one failed . When one want success he has to ignore every other thing ,the health ,the family and every thing . The price of success is also very -very high. whether one has pr sued the aim with such vigor and single minded pr suit ? If not then one should not thine one self as a failure . A failure and total failure achieved one aim or no aim is not matter . What matters that what you can do for others , society ,and life .A spectacular success of one self on ignorance of every thing in the life is a very costly success . So life is not always against life or one self .We compare and we despair . Our inputs of life is not in vain .IT may be seen by one as insignificant but no , the input and contribution of each and every one has given the life vivid col ours those made the rainbow in horizon . Some rise vertically like sun from horizon and ultimately set in horizon like every one .But it always beautiful when at horizon while rising or setting .No one can even look at mid day sun .
So life always not against diving being every time .It seems some tines against us . But their are tsunamis Earth quacks every thing that can make life short at any time . Every thing out come is not of our resit but it depends on the circumstances .
